What changed in 0.10.4

Modules accept menu, menu-file (a GTK XML file) and menu-actions. Groups get a drawer with click-to-reveal; hide-empty-text hides a module whose output is empty; hyprland/workspaces gets special-visible-only and window-rewrite capture groups; upower can select a device by model; network adds {bssid}.

Also: Bluetooth controller hotplug; a cursor option per module; Hyprland modules are disabled instead of rendered empty when Hyprland is not running.
