Directories with `.jj` are treated as git repositories; gitignore rules from parent directories are applied correctly; `-r/--replace` works with `--json`; globs allow nested braces; a `highlight` color type and `italic` style.

15.0.0; Windows on aarch64 gets release binaries, powerpc64 no longer does.
