Reprieve v1.4.1

Replace `reprieve migrate` with `reprieve setup` for Reprieve shortcuts; manage legacy blocks separately because setup no longer migrates them.
What changed in v1.4.1
`Super+W` parks a live window and `Super+Z` restores it; the timeline and bar offer individual or bulk recovery. These releases add optional auto-close and flights, stop parking from changing mixer mute, and prevent a repeated shortcut or slow-shell timeout from closing the window.
Also: Conflict-aware setup, session recovery, allowlisted reopening, audio cleanup guidance, bar defaults and migration removal.
Reprieve v1.4.1; install with `omarchy plugin add https://github.com/GreyforgeLabs/reprieve.git --enable`. Requires Omarchy 4, Hyprland 0.56+, Python 3, hyprctl, pactl and busctl.
New things you can do
v1.4.1 makes a second `Super+W` on an already parked window a no-op and leaves the window untouched when the shell times out.
