Elephant v2.13.2
Focus an app that is already open instead of starting a second copy.
Before you upgrade to v2.13.2
3 to fixSet the second byte of each request to 0 for Protobuf or 1 for JSON.
Todo items are now stored as todo.csv and the old todo.gob file is no longer read; re-add open items after upgrading.
