What changed in v1.9.1

[[openai.accounts]] (label plus codex_auth_path) with --account <label>. New commandcode vendor reuses the Command Code or pi CLI login. Kimi accepts a Kimi For Coding subscription and its default format shows both quotas (5h X% · 7d Y%). A Nix flake supports nix run, NixOS and Home Manager. Groups v1.6.0 to v1.9.1.

Also: EUR, GBP, BRL and JPY amounts use their symbols; Z.AI's MCP-tools pool on macOS; SuperGrok works again with grok CLI 1.0.13.
