Command-line flags were renamed: `--tty_on` is now `-t/--tty`, `+t/--tty_off` is `--no-tty`, `-lc` is `-l/--low-color`, `--utf-force` is `--force-utf`. Update scripts and launchers that pass the old names.

A new command-line parser adds `-c/--config <file>` and `-u/--update <ms>` and renames several flags; logs move to `$XDG_STATE_HOME`; a menu option shows bitrates in base 10. Groups v1.4.1 and v1.4.2.
