Keep selected or filtered Snacks picker results in a Trouble list.

Added Snacks picker actions and jump_split_close/jump_vsplit_close. Diagnostic signs configured as booleans and symbol names overridden by other plugins are handled.

Install folke/trouble.nvim at v3.7.0 with a Neovim plugin manager. Requires Neovim >= 0.9.2 and either Neovim >= 0.10.0 or markdown and markdown_inline Treesitter parsers.
