Newest firstAutomatic triggers are no longer created at or below a `nowait` keymap, and special triggers beneath one are skipped.
Terminal mode is disabled by default: automatic trigger modes changed from `nxsot` to `nxso`; include `t` in `opts.triggers` to opt in.
