What changed in v0.11.0

Unified-view selections now span mailboxes, and right-clicking the reader subject copies it in full. IMAP Junk can move back to Inbox; slow IMAP listings, JMAP attachments, reply quotes and HTML rendering are repaired.

Also: Set an IMAP or Outlook sender name, copy full subjects, and open JMAP attachments; calendar times and Windows sign-in are repaired.

v0.11.0 standalone app or Omarchy plugin; backend-dependent changes require the v0.11.0 backend. At this tag the plugin pin still names v0.10.8.
