What changed in v0.1.6

New general:on_lock_cmd and general:on_unlock_cmd, driven by the hyprland-lock-notify-v1 protocol, and general:inhibit_sleep, which can hold off sleep until the session is locked. Adds --version.

v0.1.6; on_lock_cmd, on_unlock_cmd and inhibit_sleep = 3 need a compositor with hyprland-lock-notify-v1. Building now needs hyprwayland-scanner.
