Fractional scaling support is on by default (-t or --no-fractional turns it off); new -q, -v and -V flags. Groups v0.4.0 and the crash fix v0.4.1.

v0.4.1; building needs hyprwayland-scanner newer than 0.4.2 and hyprutils 0.2.0 or newer.

ImprovedPick the color of any pixel on screen with a zoom lens and get its value printed.
