screencopy:allow_token_by_default ticks the "allow restore token" box in the picker by default; restore data now survives app restarts; --version added. Groups v1.3.4 and v1.3.5.

v1.3.5; building needs hyprwayland-scanner 0.4.2 or newer and hyprutils.

screencopy:allow_token_by_default = true pre-ticks the restore box; restore data no longer disappears after two app restarts.
