See every Hyprland workspace at once, with each window drawn live where it sits, and click a window to jump to it.
What you can do with Omaview
See every workspace on every monitor at once, each window shown as a live picture at its real position.
ExperimentalSince commit 36dbc35
Good to know
Windows on workspaces you are not looking at show the last frame they drew. Special workspaces (scratchpads) are not shown, and a window group shows only its visible tab.
See every workspace at once with a live picture of each window where it sits, and click a window to jump to it.
Details
First release: an overlay plugin, `iluxav.omaview`, opened with `omarchy-shell shell toggle iluxav.omaview '{}'`. Each workspace is drawn in its monitor's shape, portrait monitors included, with windows at their real positions, captured one per window through Quickshell's `ScreencopyView`.
Also: Hovering a window shows its title. Esc or a click outside closes the overview. Window captures run only while the overview is open.
Install with `omarchy plugin add https://github.com/iluxav/omaview.git --enable`, then bind a key; the README suggests `SUPER + GRAVE`. Needs Omarchy on Hyprland. No tagged release yet.
Added: See every workspace on every monitor at once, each…Added: Jump to any window, switching workspace and monitor…Added: Switch to a workspace by clicking empty space in it…
