Choose whether right-clicking empty menu bar space opens Ice’s context menu.

Before you upgrade to commit 11edd39
Search omits menu bar sections that are disabled.
The Ice Bar always draws a shadow, including when the menu bar appearance shadow option is off.
Ice waits for modifier keys to be released before moving an item programmatically.
The cursor is hidden while Ice returns temporarily shown items to their hidden positions, then shown again.
What changed in commit 11edd39
Advanced settings adds `Show context menu on right click`, enabled by default. Branch builds also move update settings into About and change search filtering, Ice Bar shadows and cursor handling while moving items.
Also: Update controls move to About; search skips disabled sections, the Ice Bar always has a shadow, and item movement waits for modifier-key release.
Default-branch source at 11edd39115f3f43a83ae114b5348df6a0e1741cf, beyond release 0.11.12; requires macOS 14 or later. These changes are not part of the 0.11.12 release.
