What changed in v0.71.0

`--popup` is the new name for `--tmux` and also works in Zellij; `--tmux` stays as an alias. `--id-nth` keeps the cursor on the same item across reloads. bash CTRL-R gains multi-select and deletion.

Also: Search scales with CPU cores; adaptive height accepts negative values.

v0.71.0; popups need tmux 3.3+ or Zellij 0.44+. fish integration needs fish 3.4.0+.
