What changed in commit d573d8e

The checked-in CLI and server now apply the savings fixes announced in v1.0.169: worktree-wide kept-out bytes, current-session retrieval costs, and one-decimal percentages. Retrieval returns from `ctx_search` and `ctx_fetch_and_index` are recorded for forwarding.

Also: Branch-installed retrieval tools now supply byte counts for Insight reporting.

Available in the default-branch checkout at d573d8e1a0db87da3d72bbd7b5cdc88569f4c734; requires Node.js 22.5+ or Bun. This describes checked-in bundles, not a new tagged or npm release.

Fixed and improved

Branch-installed `ctx_stats` now includes spawned-session kept-out bytes within the worktree, counts only current-session retrieval against its window, and shows one decimal instead of rounding 99.9% to 100%.
