What changed in commit 221ce6b

The `lsp_status` component displays attached servers and progress; `encoding.show_bomb`, functional `filename.shorting_target` and new extensions add display choices. Refresh calls now queue by default, and compound filetypes are matched by their dot-separated parts.

Also: Display Git branches in reftable repositories, customize refresh events and hide a single-tab tabline; branch installs now require Neovim 0.7 or newer.

Install the default branch or pin commit 221ce6b2d999187044529f49da6554a92f740a96. README requires Neovim >= 0.7; winbar needs >= 0.8. Older Neovim users can retain the compatibility tags.
