What changed in hl0.55.0

hy3 exposes dispatcher factories under hl.plugin.hy3 (make_group, change_group, move_focus, move_window, move_to_workspace and more) for use with hl.bind. Tab color options moved from col.* to a colors block with underscore names.

Also: Fixed crashes with locked opaque tabs and when a monitor is removed.

Tag hl0.55.0; the release notes say it is compatible with Hyprland 0.55.1.
