Get a light or dark theme picked automatically from your terminal's color scheme.
Before you upgrade to v0.25.0
1 to fixWhat changed in v0.25.0
The theme follows the terminal's light or dark scheme; `-s`/`--squeeze-blank` and `--squeeze-limit` collapse empty lines; `--strip-ansi` removes escape sequences from input; `--style=+numbers` adds or removes single style components; `--binary=as-text` prints binary content; `--completion <shell>` prints shell completions.
Also: The terminal title shows the file names while paging.
v0.25.0; building from source needs Rust 1.74.
New things you can do

Fixed and improved
bat chooses a theme matching the terminal's light or dark color scheme, and style components can be added or removed one at a time (for example `--style=+numbers`).
`--binary=as-text` prints binary content, and `--strip-ansi` removes ANSI escape sequences from the input.
