Refreshed remote credentials are saved as they rotate; local process death fails pending calls promptly.

Install @wonderwhy-er/[email protected] with Node.js 18+ and an MCP-compatible client.

Fixed and improved

Rotated refresh tokens are saved for restart, initial clock skew is corrected before session setup, and an in-flight call fails promptly when the local executor dies.
