What changed in v0.207.3

Improved font rendering on Linux, a git: rename branch action and GitHub avatars in the blame gutter. Some settings are no longer read from project settings files, the /cargo-workspace slash command is gone, and terminal breadcrumbs are off by default. Covers v0.206 and v0.207.

Also: Vim commands for the project panel, agent profile search, Markdown links embedded on paste.
