What changed in v0.215.3

Default models for built-in external agents, agent server extensions over SSH, rainbow brackets, uv workspace detection, GPT-5.1 for BYOK. On Linux a window_decorations setting replaces the ZED_WINDOW_DECORATIONS variable. Covers v0.214 and v0.215.
