Zellij v0.44.1

Get desktop notifications from programs running inside Zellij panes.

What changed in v0.44.1

OSC 99 desktop notifications are passed through to the host terminal; `--layout-string` gives an inline layout and `--tab-id` targets new panes; new `focus-pane-with-id` and `are-floating-panes-visible` CLI commands.

v0.44.1; riscv64 binaries are now published too.
