Session-deleting calls now return `Result<(), String>`; opening command or editor panes in a new tab needs the `RunCommands` or `OpenFiles` permission; `PaneRenderReportWithAnsi` is gone (use `PaneRenderReport`). Old plugin binaries keep working.

What changed in v0.45.0
