Claude Context v0.1.11

Search an indexed project by passing a path inside one of its subdirectories.

Before you upgrade to v0.1.11

Initial indexing now skips dotfiles and dot-directories, matching background synchronization; hidden paths are not included even if their extension is supported.

Behavior changedChoose additional file extensions and exclude files or directories from code indexing.Affects: Users expecting files under hidden paths to be indexed.Inferred

What changed in v0.1.11

search_code and get_indexing_status resolve subdirectory paths to a tracked parent. The grouped tags add OpenRouter and collection-name configuration, skip hidden paths during initial indexing, and fix index recovery and VS Code result navigation.

Also: Add OpenRouter embeddings and Dart indexing; isolate exclusions by project; recover cloud status; run MCP on Node.js 24.

Use @zilliz/claude-context-mcp 0.1.11 or matching core/VS Code packages; Node.js >=20, a supported embedding provider, and Milvus or Zilliz Cloud are required.

New things you can do

Fixed and improved

The README now permits Node.js 24 instead of requiring a version below 24.

Limit liftedFind relevant code snippets with natural-language queries through an MCP-compatible coding client.Inferred

`get_indexing_status` refreshes cloud state and resolves subdirectory paths to a tracked parent. Recovered file counts may use chunk counts until a full reindex.

Now worksCheck whether a codebase is indexed and see progress while indexing is running.Inferred

Cloud recovery avoids false zero-count records that trigger repeated reindexing; indexing proceeds after a collection-limit pre-check timeout; background sync avoids overlapping MCP processes.

Now worksIndex a codebase in the background, refresh changed files automatically, or clear its search index.Inferred
