Switch all monitors to the matching workspace at once, the way GNOME does.

New option link_monitors (default 0). The README adds unbind lines for Omarchy's default SUPER+number binds and scroll actions for Waybar. Commands now work when enable_persistent_workspaces = 0. Groups v0.53.2 and v0.53.3.
