What changed in 0.13.0

wireplumber gets node-type to control sources such as microphones. New modules: wayfire/window and wayfire/workspaces, gps, hyprland/windowcount. The tray accepts custom icons per app, hyprland/workspaces gets persistent-only, mpris uses mouse back/forward buttons for tracks, niri workspaces show urgency.

Also: systemd-failed-units can show the overall system state; network can show IPv4, IPv6 or both.
