wlr/workspaces is replaced by ext/workspaces on the ext-workspace-v1 protocol, with sort-by-number renamed to sort-by-id. hyprland/workspaces gets workspace-taskbar to show window icons per workspace. network gets an rfkill setting, battery emits events at charge levels, and OpenBSD is supported.

0.14.0; ext/workspaces needs wayland-protocols 1.39 or newer at build time.
