Framelink MCP for Figma v0.10.1
Fetch simplified Figma design data directly from the command line for scripts and pipelines.
Before you upgrade to v0.10.1
3 to fixUsage telemetry is enabled by default for server and `fetch` calls. Disable it with `--no-telemetry`, `FRAMELINK_TELEMETRY=off`, or `DO_NOT_TRACK=1`.
Pass parsed flags to `getServerConfig(flags)`, then pass the returned configuration to `startServer(config)`; both functions previously took no arguments.
Update output consumers for `componentProperties` changing from an array to a name/value object and property-reference `characters` becoming `text`.
What changed in v0.10.1
The fetch subcommand accepts a Figma URL or file/node flags and prints YAML or JSON. This group also introduces proxy configuration and opt-out telemetry, and raises the package's declared minimum Node version to 20.20.0.
Also: Proxy support, Boolean and text component properties, corrected style collisions, startup fixes, default telemetry, and a newer Node requirement.
Install [email protected]; requires Node.js >=20.20.0 and Figma API credentials.
New things you can do
Fetch Figma design data from a shell and pipe YAML or JSON into other tools.
Read the evidence
Retrieve Figma data and images through an HTTP proxy.
Inspect Boolean and text properties and conditional layers in Figma components.
Fixed and improved
Distinct named styles no longer overwrite each other when names collide; Boolean-operation vectors can collapse to SVG, and `SPACE_BETWEEN` no longer emits stale computed gaps.
v0.8.1 fixes the ESM startup crash caused by image-processing imports; v0.10.1 reports missing nodes and 403 failures with troubleshooting guidance.
