What changed in v0.6.5

The server accepts --host or FRAMELINK_HOST, retaining 127.0.0.1 as the default. FRAMELINK_PORT takes precedence over PORT, and the exported HTTP startup function now takes a host argument.

Install [email protected]; requires Node.js >=18.0.0 and Figma API credentials.

Choose the listening address with `--host` or `FRAMELINK_HOST`; `FRAMELINK_PORT` now takes precedence over `PORT`.
