What changed in v3.2.4

Chromium, Electron, GTK 4 and Qt apps following the system preference no longer fall back to light after a theme switch; restarted apps relaunch after the portal returns. The panel also displays its theme colors correctly on Qt 6.12.

Also: Panel text and colors work again on Qt 6.12, with older Qt still supported.

v3.2.4: run `omarchy plugin update io.github.nobledoodle.omarchroma`, then `omarchy-restart-shell`, and press `i` in the panel to rebuild the service. Standalone users rebuild and restart `hyprchromad.service`.

Fixed and improved

System-following Chromium, Electron, GTK 4 and Qt apps receive light/dark changes again instead of falling back to light; apps restarted by Omarchroma relaunch after the portal returns.
