What changed in v1.7.1

A visual designer (D or + New design) with sixteen pieces, snapping, anchors and reusable components saved to ~/.config/omarchy/lock-components/. v1.7.0 adds face unlock through pam_facelock, a 12-hour clock, the keepDisplaysOnWithHdmi setting and fixes for Omarchy 4.0.3; v1.7.1 adds an Omarchy menu entry setting. Groups v1.6.0 to v1.7.1.
