What changed in v0.16.0
New vendors: kimi (weekly and 5-hour quota), kilo, novita, moonshot, grok (prepaid balance via a Management key), anthropic_api (month-to-date cost via an Admin key) and antigravity (Google Antigravity's local quota). The TUI gained an opt-in Claude Code context monitor (c), and config.toml now rejects unknown top-level sections. Groups v0.13.0 to v0.16.0.
Also: Pace markers on the macOS and GNOME bars; {scoped_*} placeholders for model-scoped weekly limits; extra-usage spend shown on uncapped plans and in its own currency; ~ expanded in credential paths.
v0.16.0; every new vendor is opt-in. The GNOME extension supports GNOME Shell 45 to 50.
