What changed in v0.7.1

ai-usagebar and ai-usagebar-tui now run natively on Windows, finding credentials under %USERPROFILE%. The TUI got a new dashboard look with a vendor sidebar. [anthropic] credentials_path in config.toml is now honored by the widget. Groups v0.6.0 to v0.7.1.

v0.7.1; building from source now needs Rust 1.88.
