What changed in v0.5.1

New --vendor deepseek reads the balance from DeepSeek's /user/balance, in USD when available, with DEEPSEEK_API_KEY or [deepseek] api_key. On macOS, Claude credentials are read from the login Keychain when ~/.claude/.credentials.json is missing. Groups v0.5.0 and v0.5.1.

v0.5.1; DeepSeek is off until a key is configured.
