Omdrop v0.13.0
Exchange files with nearby Apple devices from an Apple Silicon Mac running Omarchy.
Before you upgrade to v0.13.0
1 to fixSince v0.9.1, identity files live in `~/.omdrop/keys`. If `~/.omdrop` is absent, existing OpenDrop keys are copied once and the originals remain. `omdrop on` refreshes the receiver service without a separate setup command.

v0.7.2 resets the peer section to collapsed when the panel closes, except while a send or folder chooser is active.

v0.13.0 makes protocol dumps opt-in. `omdrop send --verbose` writes to `$XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/omdrop/debug`, with certificates and validation records replaced by their size.

If 1Password is unavailable, locked, or dismissed, the receive window uses a self-signed identity and reports the fallback; sending to Contacts Only recipients remains unavailable until a window has the Apple identity.
What changed in v0.13.0
Grouped initial tags v0.1.0–v0.13.0 add panel and command-line sending, timed receiving, known-sender controls, and link handlers. Later tags fix setup and transfer failures and add optional 1Password identity storage.
Also: Choose trusted senders, send multiple files, open shared web links, and optionally keep an existing Apple identity in 1Password.
Install v0.13.0 with Omarchy's plugin manager on supported Apple Silicon Broadcom AWDL hardware; requires driver 0.7.0 and python-libarchive-c. 1Password integration needs its app and CLI plus an existing Apple-issued identity.
New things you can do
Receiving starts without an active systemd `awdl0` device unit in v0.8.4 and without a post-install reboot in v0.9.2; v0.13.0 prevents a stalled TLS handshake from blocking other senders.
v0.2.1 starts the countdown after receiving is ready, reschedules a running window when its duration changes, and closes one-file windows after receipt.
Panel sending arrives in v0.7.0 and multiple files per acceptance in v0.8.0. v0.8.2 fixes sends during overlapping peer reads; v0.8.3 fixes the first peer-name click. v0.12.2 wakes iPhones over Bluetooth while waiting.
v0.6.0 adds name lookup; v0.7.0 adds the radar and remembered sound mute. v0.9.0 excludes this computer's address; v0.11.0 displays names as each reply arrives and asks newly arrived devices.
v0.7.1 stops the sender and its Bluetooth advert when a send or name lookup is cancelled.
v0.6.0 verifies senders and filters discovery. v0.10.0 adds saved audience tabs that work while off; v0.12.0 adds panel sender-list editing, effective on the next transfer.
v0.8.1 installs handlers for `.url` and `.webloc` through `omdrop setup`; `omdrop links remove` removes them before uninstalling the plugin.
v0.8.4 fixes `omdrop setup` through PATH; v0.9.0 removes the OpenDrop/AUR requirement. v0.10.1 installs the service and launcher on first turn-on; v0.12.1 installs kernel headers needed for the driver build.
`omdrop identity 1password import` verifies the stored copy before deleting local originals. Cache defaults to 12 hours; windows stop by 24 hours. `omdrop identity lock` stops receiving and clears it.
v0.10.2 reports bytes received, elapsed time, and the timeout limit that fired.
