Window rule syntax was rewritten (see the wiki); misc:on_focus_under_fullscreen replaces two fullscreen options. New groupbar blur, detached-camera zoom, tablet cursor hiding and quirks:prefer_hdr. Groups v0.53.0 and v0.53.1.
