Before you upgrade to v0.6
3 to fix`b:gitsigns_line_blame` exposes line blame; `GitSignsUpdate` fires when new hunks update a buffer.
Upgrade to Neovim >= 0.7.0 before installing v0.6.
Replace `watch_index` with `watch_gitdir`; replace `diff_algorithm` with `diff_opts.algorithm` and `use_internal_diff` with `diff_opts.internal`; remove `use_decoration_api`.
Replace `current_line_blame_delay` with `current_line_blame_opts.delay` and `current_line_blame_position` with `current_line_blame_opts.virt_text_pos`.
