Omastorm v0.1.14
View live radar across Europe from the EUMETNET OPERA mosaic, searching European cities and playing recent mosaic frames with the same treatments.
Before you upgrade to v0.1.14
What changed in v0.1.14
Search accepts a mosaic name (`opera`) and region qualifiers such as `London, UK`; `n` resumes automatic covering-source selection. OPERA keeps up to 12 mosaic frames and polls the public 24-hour Open Radar Data cache. Engine `engine-0.1.9` speaks protocol v2 and the plugin pins it.
Also: Changing radar sources keeps your view in place, loading avoids flashes of old frames, range rings stay aligned while panning, the header fits narrow windows; `state.json` stores the lock as an object.
`omarchy plugin update com.omastorm.radar` then `omarchy restart shell`; the matching engine `engine-0.1.9` (x86_64 and aarch64) installs automatically. OPERA data is CC BY 4.0.
New things you can do
See the EUMETNET OPERA composite radar mosaic over Europe, search a European city or type `opera`, and play its recent frames.
Fixed and improved
Type a mosaic name (`opera`) to lock that source and centre on its coverage; add a region or country qualifier such as `London, UK` when needed; a city selects a covering source rather than only the nearest dish.
The window is no longer U.S.-only: the source name opens a card of covering mosaics and nearby dishes, `n` resumes automatic selection for the map centre, and switching sources keeps the view in place without flashes of old frames.
