Omastorm v0.1.13
Type a city, a radar site or pasted coordinates into one search field, and press `m` to jump to your approximate location.
Before you upgrade to v0.1.13
1 to fixWhat changed in v0.1.13
`/` or `s` opens one field: a city centres and unlocks, a site id locks that dish, `lat, lon` is a place; `Shift+H` and the old site picker are gone and `m` (action `locate`) replaces `home` under `[keys]`. The catalog keeps two hours of frames per station. UPDATED TO … · RESTART THE SHELL appears in the popover after `omarchy plugin update`; clicking it restarts the shell. Engine `engine-0.1.8`.
Also: The loop is now the last two hours of scans with one tick per frame; live radar joins from the archive header; a connect reset no longer shows OFFLINE; the popover tells you when an update needs a shell restart; live-feed downloads are size-capped (engine-0.1.8).
`omarchy plugin update com.omastorm.radar` then `omarchy restart shell`. Engine `engine-0.1.8` (x86_64 and aarch64).
New things you can do
See UPDATED TO … · RESTART THE SHELL in the popover when `omarchy plugin update` has put new files on disk, and click it to restart the shell.
Fixed and improved
`/` or `s` is one field: a city centres the map, unlocks and selects the nearest radar; a site id (`KTLX`, `tlx`) locks that dish; coordinates are latitude then longitude, comma or space. Click the station name for nearby dishes.
The map-marker chip or `m` jumps once to the same approximate IP location as first run; zoom stays, the radar unlocks and follows; a failed lookup leaves the camera and shows a short overlay. Archived sessions never locate.
The loop is the last two hours of scans for a station (about 28 frames in severe weather, 17 in clear air), with one timeline tick per frame; a station watched this morning and again tonight loops tonight only.
Live radar joins from the archive volume header, so leftover chunks from an old scan cannot appear as live; a connect reset while opening the S3 bucket no longer flips the view to OFFLINE; live-feed downloads are streamed with a hard size cap.
