Off by default (`a` or `[metar] show = true`). Works on live NEXRAD radar in the U.S. and Canada only; a no-op on the European OPERA mosaic. Current observations, not forecasts or flight guidance; no TAF and no plain-English decode.
Security fix: map labels, METAR text, station names and error messages from outside sources render as plain text. On 0.1.16 and earlier a crafted OpenStreetMap place name could inject formatting or load a remote image; the release notes recommend updating.

FULL layout at 620 logical px of height and 560 of width or more, LEAN below either, scaled with the theme's base font. `focus_mode = false` in `config.toml` and the rebindable `focus` action on `f` show the map stage alone with a status light, scan time and age bottom-right. Engine `engine-0.1.12` returns a decode error instead of panicking on an empty TIFF tag in a European radar download.

Press `a` in the window or popover to replace city labels with up to 16 airport codes: green VFR, blue MVFR, red IFR, magenta LIFR. `[metar]` in `config.toml` takes `show`, `pick` (`nearest` or `priority`), `count` (1–16), `always_on_when_in_view` and `mark` (`chip`, `ink` or `pin`).

View live radar across Europe from the EUMETNET OPERA mosaic, searching European cities and playing recent mosaic frames with the same treatments.

Search accepts a mosaic name (`opera`) and region qualifiers such as `London, UK`; `n` resumes automatic covering-source selection. OPERA keeps up to 12 mosaic frames and polls the public 24-hour Open Radar Data cache. Engine `engine-0.1.9` speaks protocol v2 and the plugin pins it.
Also: Changing radar sources keeps your view in place, loading avoids flashes of old frames, range rings stay aligned while panning, the header fits narrow windows; `state.json` stores the lock as an object.

The radar shader replaces a constant array NVIDIA's OpenGL ES driver rejected with a lookup function. With no config, remembered view or Omarchy weather location, a prompt offers “Use approximate location” (one request to wttr.in on click) or “Choose manually”. `scripts/install-launcher.sh` is now `scripts/write-desktop-entry.sh`.

Install Omastorm on an aarch64 (ARM64) Omarchy machine and get the pinned engine binary for that architecture automatically.

`engine/release.pin` names an x86_64 and an aarch64 asset of `engine-0.1.3`; the installer picks the pair for your CPU. The install URL now ends in `.git`. `/` or `s` on a site id centres the map on that station and locks it, while `n` still picks the nearest radar without moving the camera.

Installed with `omarchy plugin add`; the first popover open downloads the pinned `omastorm-engine` binary from GitHub Releases and verifies its sha256. `~/.config/omastorm/config.toml` takes `home_site`, `follow`, `treatment`, `weak_floor` and a `[keys]` table. 0.1.2 retries the engine bootstrap until it answers and backfills a dozen scans on arrival.
