Installed with `omarchy plugin add`; the first popover open downloads the pinned `omastorm-engine` binary from GitHub Releases and verifies its sha256. `~/.config/omastorm/config.toml` takes `home_site`, `follow`, `treatment`, `weak_floor` and a `[keys]` table. 0.1.2 retries the engine bootstrap until it answers and backfills a dozen scans on arrival.
Also: Three treatments, a 60-frame loop you can play and scrub, rebindable keys, Omarchy theme colors, an engine bootstrap that survives plugin reloads, `Shift+H` to save a home station.
Omarchy 4 on x86_64: `omarchy plugin add https://github.com/wesleygrimes/omastorm --enable`. Beta. Engine `engine-0.1.1` is fetched from GitHub Releases on first open.
New things you can do
Open a full radar window where you drag to pan and scroll to zoom, and the map follows the nearest radar station unless you lock one.
Watch live NOAA NEXRAD reflectivity paint as the antenna turns, with STALE after ten minutes and UNAVAILABLE or OFFLINE when the feed cannot be reached.
Play, step and scrub a loop of up to 60 recent scans for the selected station, cached locally.
Switch between Pixels, Glyphs and Stipple renderings of the same radar data with `1` `2` `3`, and show returns under 5 dBZ with `w`.
Have the window and popover take colors, font and spacing from the active Omarchy theme.
Drive the whole window from the keyboard and rebind any action under `[keys]` in `~/.config/omastorm/config.toml`.
