Discovery and polling pick the newest dated generation from each chunk's timestamp in NOAA's real-time bucket and stay on it through volume transitions; backfill ignores older leftover generations. Engine `engine-0.1.5`.

`omarchy plugin update com.omastorm.radar` then `omarchy restart shell`. Engine `engine-0.1.5` (x86_64 and aarch64).

Fixed and improved

Some sites (reported on KFCX) showed a days-old sweep as LIVE or reported `unavailable` while current scans were arriving; the engine now follows the newest dated volume.

Now worksWatch live NOAA NEXRAD reflectivity paint as the antenna turns, with STALE after ten minutes and UNAVAILABLE or OFFLINE when the feed cannot be reached.
